Every month, we report back to the Riverside State Park Foundation board the volunteer work that has been done. As the volunteer coordinator, I work with all sorts of groups from local companies, to church groups, students and individuals to perform trail building, litter clean up, grounds keeping and log splitting just to name a few. It’s all in an effort to provide a safe and clean environment for everyone to enjoy.

We are always looking for volunteers to help maintain our beautiful park. If you’re interested in volunteering, please visit the Volunteer page to find out about opportunities and to contact me to arrange your visit.

Take a look at what we did last month with the power of volunteer work:

Danny Murphy

Danny has been devoted to Riverside for many years. He loves being in the park and spending his time with others that love the land. As the Volunteer Coordinator, he arranges the hmann power that helps Riverside thrive.
